At sunrise LULL opens carefully and slowly stretches its petals to bloom, and dims up to give a powerful morning light. In the evening LULL acts the opposite, and slowly closes and turns into a bud again while the light is dimming down.
The motion of the petals is controlled by a small motor, and the lamp has a time-adjustable dimmer. It is to be set individually for each users recommended cycle of sleep. LULL serves also as an alarm clock that gently and gradually awakes you contrary to the abrupt awakening of a traditional alarm.
